1. General Information

    Figure Fashions Menswear Sdn Bhd is registered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Company No. 929776-V.
    Our registered office is located at Lot 1-08, 1st Floor, Fahrenheit 88, 52 Jalan Bukit Bintang, Bukit Bintang, 55100, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia.
    Figure Fashions Menswear Sdn Bhd's liability for any claim, regardless of the cause, will not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Figure Fashions Menswear Sdn Bhd to the customer, along with any associated postage costs. Figure Fashions Menswear Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any resulting customer loss, whether arising from a contractual breach or otherwise.
    Figure Fashions Menswear Sdn Bhd cannot accept liability for failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the website. This statement does not affect customers’ statutory rights.

    What You Agree To:

    Your contract for purchases through figureofficial.com is with Figure Fashions Menswear Sdn Bhd ("The Contract"), and all goods ordered are for your personal use only, not for resale.
    You must be at least eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use it with parental or guardian consent.
    All information provided to Figure Fashions Menswear Sdn Bhd must be accurate, current, and complete. The credit or debit card used must be your own, with sufficient funds to cover payment.
    You agree that email may be used as a means of communication.

    Choosing a Username and Password:

    During registration, you must select a username and password.

    Our Right to Terminate Our Agreement With You

    Figure Fashions Menswear Sdn Bhd reserves the right to end the agreement with you and suspend or terminate site access immediately, without notice, if:
    • Payment is not made when due.
    • Terms and conditions are breached.
    • Requested information to verify your identity is not provided promptly.
    • You fail to allow delivery or collection within a reasonable timeframe.
    • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.

     

     

      2. Your Responsibilities

        You agree to indemnify and hold Figure Fashions Menswear Sdn Bhd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers harmless from any costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred due to your breach of these terms.
        You will remain liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.

        3. Ordering

          By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

          All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Product availability information is listed on each product description page.

          Prices listed are correct at the time of entry but may be subject to change. All prices include sales tax where applicable.

          Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods in accordance with these terms. A contract is formed when we dispatch the product and confirm acceptance via email.

          In the event of stock shortages or allocation issues, we reserve the right to partially or fully refund your order. You will be notified via email.

          If your order is not accepted, you will receive an email explaining the reasons.

          Due to high volume during promotional or sale times, we cannot amend orders once placed.

          Discount vouchers cannot be used on sale products.

          Any samples, drawings, descriptive matter, or advertising produced are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contract.

           

          4. Delivery

            Delivery periods are approximate. Goods will be sent to the address provided in your order. Orders may be sent in instalments if items are out of stock.

            For deliveries outside Malaysia, you may incur import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for these charges.

            Customs policies vary widely; we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

            In the event of non-delivery, we will assist in tracking your order. We cannot process a replacement order until 21 business days following the original shipment date.

             

            5. Payment

              We accept most major credit/debit cards. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If payment is refused, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

               

              6. Gift Vouchers

                Gift vouchers can be exchanged for items listed on our website. They expire one year from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

                Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase another gift voucher, or re-issued if lost, stolen, or damaged.

                Any unused balance will be available for future orders. If an order exceeds the gift voucher value, the balance must be paid by other means.

                Returns for items purchased with a gift voucher will result in a credit to your account.

                No cash refunds will be given.

                 

                7. Cancelling an Order, Returns, and Exchanges

                  If you have not submitted an order, you can remove a product from your shopping basket at any time.

                  If you have submitted an order and received a confirmation email, you must follow our returns procedure after receiving the product.

                  Most items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund.

                  Original postage and packaging charges are non-refundable.

                  We are happy to exchange most products that are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped within 7 days from the date of delivery.

                   

                  8. Privacy

                    We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal, credit, or debit card details with any third party without your permission.

                    We will never ask for personal details via email. If you receive an unsolicited email asking for your login details, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

                     

                    9. Liability

                      We do not accept liability for errors or omissions on our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications, and descriptions without notice.

                      In the event of a pricing error, we will inform you as soon as possible and will not be obligated to fulfil an order at the incorrect price. You may re-order at the correct price.

                      If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective goods, we will remedy the situation by replacing, repairing, or refunding the goods as necessary, provided you notify us within 10 working days of delivery.

                      Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

                      Our products are for private domestic and consumer use only. We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss.

                      We have taken measures to ensure the security of our website, but we cannot be held liable for breaches in our secure computer servers.

                      We are not liable for delays due to events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or governmental actions.

                       

                      10. Warranties

                        We disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, express or implied, in relation to the products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

                                      These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

                                       

                                      18. Promotions and Competitions

                                        Promotions must be applied at the time of order placement and cannot be applied retrospectively. Specific terms may apply to each promotion.

                                        Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and apply only to full-priced items unless stated otherwise.
