1. CHEST

Measurement taken at the fullest part of the chest, measuring from the back to front all the way round

2. NECK

Measurement taken round the middle of the neck where the top edge of a collar would sit. Make sure you can fit two fingers between your neck and the measuring tape or simply add half an inch

3. SLEEVE

Measurement taken from the centre back neck to the wrist on the outside of the arm over the shoulder
